Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3vip", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 3vip platform accessible at https://3vip.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 3vip website, all software, services, tools, games, sportsbook features, and content made available through https://3vip.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-withdrawable bonuses credited to an Account by 3vip.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the binding interpretation of the English text.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the Platform. 3vip strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 3vip reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. 3vip does not accept Players from Prohibited Territories.

3.3 Account Registration

To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment credentials, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

3vip operates a robust KYC process. You may be required to submit identity documentation before your first withdrawal is processed, when depositing above specified thresholds, or at any time that 3vip reasonably considers verification necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party. 3vip will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify 3vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 3vip shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All account sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to add an additional layer of security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

3vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are specified in the cashier section of your Account and may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a successful deposit into the Account and that is registered in the same name as the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals submitted to mobile wallet providers such as bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have no outstanding security review flags on your Account. 3vip reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limit will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

3vip reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Players found to have provided false information to obtain bonuses will have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

3vip may offer seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), or T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms published at the time of launch.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been assigned. Bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed are void. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that bet details are correct before confirmation.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or betting market are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. 3vip reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Void Bets

3vip reserves the right to declare a bet void where: (a) a manifest error in odds or game settings has occurred; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed using a suspended or restricted account; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular market movements.

7.4 Cricket Betting

All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a rain-reduced match, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be accepted where the minimum overs requirement has been met per competition rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play against the interests of other Players or the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party in exchange for financial reward
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets
• Any activity that 3vip determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, constitutes abuse of the Platform or its other users

Responsible Gaming

3vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all adult Players. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account for a minimum of 30 days

3vip strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. All Players are required to gamble within their financial means and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3vip Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and user interface designs — is owned by or licensed to 3vip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 3vip.

The 3vip name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the exclusive property of 3vip. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted or delayed transactions due to third-party payment provider downtime
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Decisions made in reliance on inaccurate or outdated game or betting information displayed on the Platform
• Any loss or damage resulting from events beyond 3vip's reasonable control, including acts of nature, network outages, or regulatory interventions

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 3vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

3vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 3vip. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3vip will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law or to investigate suspected fraud.

Amendments

3vip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at https://3vip.io/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through 3vip's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

3vip's internal complaints process requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of your dispute. 3vip will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
